Being back to school as a student or a teacher definitely means that we won't have as much time as we would like to do sports or spend time practising our favourite handy craft. But then again, it's a question of organization and I believe that if you want to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind, you should never neglect these activities. Scientifically documented!
